What Are Lip Fillers?
Lips are an important part of facial anatomy and can play a vital role in our level of confidence and self-esteem. The lips transmit good health, youthful appearance and attractiveness. As we age, our lip colour and borders fade, fine lines start to form and lips get thinner.
Fortunately, there is a way to restore and add volume, correct shape, smooth lip texture and hydrate the lips – dermal lip fillers.
Lip fillers are injectables, used to add more volume to the lips. They are a type of dermal filler consisting of synthetic hyaluronic acid, which is a natural substance in the body.

Lip augmentation - targeting the fleshy part of the upper & lower lip for volume, pout and fullness
Cupid's bow - adds definition and contouring oral commissures for younger-looking, happy Marionette lines instead of sad lines

Do dermal fillers hurt?
We understand the lips are a sensitive area. Ice packs or numbing cream can be provided, therefore the treatment is relatively comfortable.

After the treatment, the lips often become swollen, meaning that the result immediately after the treatment may not be the final result. The swelling typically resolves within 2 - 3 days.

The treatment can last 12 - 18 months, however it does vary from person to person.
What happens during the treatment?

How much dermal filler do I need?
