ContactBOOKING A CONSULTATION?
We take a deposit for all consultations. Your deposit is then deducted from the cost of your treatment or product. To book a consultation, please call us on 01277 295 990 or fill out the consultation form and we will get back to you.
BOOKING A TREATMENT?
We take £20 - £50 deposit for all of our treatments. When booking a treatment, your deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment you attend. You can book a consultation online. Alternatively you can call us on 01277 295 990 or email us at enquire@skininnovation.co.uk.
CANCELLING A TREATMENT OR A CONSULTATION?
We kindly ask you to call us at least 48 hours prior your appointment. Failure to notify us 48 hours prior the appointment will result in the deposit not being refunded or a treatment to be redeemed by the clinic.
RESCHEDULING A TREATMENT?
If you would like to reschedule your appointment, you can give us a call and we will reschedule your appointment at a time of your convenience. We kindly ask that you call us at least 48 hours prior your appointment. Failure to give the full notice will result in the treatment to be redeemed by the clinic.
